萱草根素(Hemerocallin)的定性检验—薄层层析法

萱草属植物根粉的氯仿提取物,除去乙醚、丙酮可溶部分,残渣用丙酮—碱提取。提取液通过硅胶薄层层析和三氮化铁无水乙醇显色,与标准品对照,定性检验萱草根素。对九十份样品的检验结果证明:该法较简便可靠。野黄花菜根、北黄花菜根、北萱草根和小黄花菜根均为阳性;而黄花菜根、萱草根、千叶萱草根和长苞萱草根均为阴性。阳性结果的样品中,因种类、产地或季节不同而表现出含量的变化。 The chloroform extract of the root powder of Valerian plants was removed from the ether-acetone soluble fraction and the residue was extracted with acetone-alkali. The extract was color-developed by silica gel thin-layer chromatography and anhydrous iron trifluoride, and compared with the standard product, and qualitatively examined the valerian root. The test results of 90 samples prove that the method is simple and reliable. Wild root, northern day lily root, northern grass root and small day lily root were all positive, while day lily root, valerian root, Chiba grass root and valerian root were all negative. Samples with positive results show changes in their contents depending on the species, place of production, or season.
