本文阐述了60Co集装箱检测系统中数据的采集方式及图像重建方法,分析了线采集周期与成像几何失真的关系,确定了系统数据流的大小及对系统的要求。分析了各种数据通讯方式,确定了高速网络通讯方案,实现了数据流在检测系统中的自动定向与合理分派,多终端协同工作,并行处理,极大地提高了系统的检测效率。
This paper describes the data collection methods and image reconstruction methods in the 60Co container inspection system. The relationship between the line acquisition period and the imaging geometric distortion is analyzed, and the system data stream size and system requirements are determined. The various data communication methods are analyzed, the high-speed network communication scheme is determined, the automatic orientation and reasonable distribution of data streams in the detection system are realized, and the multi-terminal collaborative work and parallel processing greatly improve the detection efficiency of the system.
