目的:观察启膈方对小鼠前胃癌模型肺转移的抑制作用。方法:小鼠前胃癌FC细胞接种在30只615小鼠右腋皮下,接种后随机分为启膈方、5FU、空白对照三组,每组各10只。16天后处死小鼠,称瘤重、测肿瘤最大直径。观察肺组织表面的转移结节及肺内转移情况,计算肺转移抑制率。结果:启膈方组、5FU组瘤重、瘤体积、肿瘤直径明显低于对照组(P<0.01),启膈方组、5FU组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。直接计数肺组织表面白色的转移结节,对照组小鼠100%发生肺转移。启膈方组肺转移结节数少于对照组(P<0.01),其中有4例未见肺转移结节,转移程度明显较对照组轻(P<0.01)。与5FU组比较,启膈方组肺转移结节数、肺转移抑制率也优于5FU组(P<0.05),5FU组中有1例未见肺转移结节。结论:启膈方可抑制小鼠前胃癌肿瘤的生长,减少肺转移的发生,减轻肺转移的程度。
Objective: To observe the inhibitory effect of Qigefang on lung metastasis in mice with gastric precancerous lesions. Methods: FC cells of mice with gastric cancer were inoculated subcutaneously into the right armpit of 30 615 mice. After inoculation, they were randomly divided into three groups: Qigefang, 5FU and blank control. Mice were sacrificed 16 days later, said tumor weight, measured the maximum diameter of the tumor. Observe the metastatic nodules and intrapulmonary metastasis on the surface of lung tissue, and calculate the inhibition rate of lung metastasis. Results: The tumor weight, tumor volume and tumor diameter were significantly lower in Qigefang group and 5FU group than those in control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between Qigefang group and 5FU group (P> 0.05). The white nodules on the surface of the lungs were counted directly, and 100% of the mice in the control group developed lung metastases. The number of pulmonary metastasis in Qigefang group was less than that in control group (P <0.01). No pulmonary metastatic nodules were found in 4 cases, and the metastasis degree was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.01). Compared with 5FU group, the number of lung metastasis and lung metastasis of Kaigefang group was also better than that of 5FU group (P <0.05). No lung metastasis nodule was found in 1 of 5FU group. Conclusion: Qigefang can inhibit the growth of mouse gastric cancer, reduce the incidence of lung metastasis and reduce the degree of lung metastasis.
