为了能够进一步的提升弯管制造质量水平、促进弯管制造耗材量的降低,需要在弯管制造领域中导入数控加工技术,而在这个过程中需要技术人员掌握数控技术的技术要领、并逐渐摸索出数控弯管生产工艺参数,从而在最大限度上保证弯管制造的质量水平以及生产成本。就数控技术下的弯管加工技术进行了实验研究,以期能够为弯管加工行业的从业人员提供有价值的参考。
In order to be able to further improve the manufacturing quality of elbows and promote the reduction of the manufacturing cost of elbows, CNC machining technology needs to be introduced in the field of elbow manufacturing. In this process, technicians are required to master the technical essentials of numerical control technology and gradually explore A CNC bending pipe production process parameters, so as to ensure the maximum quality of the elbow manufacturing and production costs. The experimental study of the elbow processing technology under the numerical control technology is carried out in order to provide valuable reference for practitioners in the elbow processing industry.
