本文介绍了一种在Si(Li)探测器漂移过程中的漂移电源,这种电源和其它普通电源完全不同,它主要由双向可控硅和双向触发二极管等新型器件组成,使输出直流电压从0~1000V范围内连续可调,输出电流最大为100mA,当硅片在漂移过程中,由于温度升高而电流增加时,漂移电压可随之下降,从而保持加在硅片上的功率基本不变,这样保证了不致造成损坏硅片现象。用此电源已成功地漂移出40块Si(Li)探测器,现已投入在空间实验中使用,取得了良好而满意的效果。
This article presents a drift power supply during the Si (Li) detector drift. This power supply is completely different from other conventional power supplies.
