在医学超声和超声生物物理学的发展与推动下,有关哺乳动物组织超声性质的研究变得非常重要。所谓超声性质主要是指超声传播衰减、速度及非线性现象等。近一、二十年来,建立并使用了多种实验方法,对哺乳动物组织的超声衰减和传播速度进行了大量测试和研究工作。 本文将介绍有关哺乳动物组织超声衰减和传播速度迄今所获得的系统而有意义的研究数据,并逐一地讨论这些参量与组织的主要组份——水、胶原、脂肪及总蛋白含量之间的定量关系,以及它们在超声诊断技术中的重要意义。
With the development and promotion of medical ultrasound and ultrasound biophysics, the research on the ultrasonic properties of mammalian tissues has become very important. The so-called ultrasonic nature mainly refers to the attenuation of ultrasonic propagation, velocity and nonlinear phenomena. In the past one or two decades, a variety of experimental methods have been established and used to test and study the ultrasonic attenuation and propagation speed of mammalian tissues. This article presents systematic and meaningful research data on the attenuation and propagation speed of mammalian tissues so far and discusses the relationship between these parameters and the major components of tissue - water, collagen, fat and total protein content Quantitative relationships, and their significance in ultrasound diagnostic techniques.
