介绍了一种基于MCU的四旋翼无人机智能电源管理系统设计和实现方案。本系统以STM32 MCU为控制核心,以TI公司的降压控制器LM5117和CSD18532KCSMOS为核心器件,由滤波模块、稳压模块、电压反馈模块、AD控制模块,显示模块组成。利用LM5117的DC-DC功能和反馈模块,系统不但实现了动力系统要求的恒压恒流功能,此外还具有过流保护功能以及负载识别能力;通过抑制电源纹波的产生,满足了控制系统的低噪声纹波电压的要求,另外系统进行了抗干扰设计。
This paper presents a design and implementation scheme of an intelligent power management system for quadrotor UAV based on MCU. The system to STM32 MCU as the control center to TI’s step-down controller LM5117 and CSD18532KCSMOS as the core device, the filter module, voltage regulator module, voltage feedback module, AD control module, display module. Utilizing the DC-DC function and feedback module of the LM5117, the system not only achieves the constant voltage and constant current required by the power system, but also has over-current protection and load identification capability. By suppressing the generation of the power supply ripple, the system satisfies the requirements of the control system Low noise ripple voltage requirements, the other anti-interference system design.
