应用作者以前所研究的断裂准则分析带表面裂纹和穿透裂纹的圆筒压力容器断裂数据,以了解此准则与断裂数据符合的情况如何。用此断裂准则分析了文献中铝合金、钢和环氧树脂压力容器表面裂纹的断裂数据及铝合金、钛合金、钢和黄铜容器穿透裂纹的断裂数据。对很宽范围的裂纹尺寸和容器直径,表面裂纹或穿透裂纹的破坏应力与断裂准则的偏差在10%以内。对含有穿透裂纹的平板(中心裂纹或双边裂纹的拉伸试件)和圆筒压力容器,也发现破坏应力与断裂准则的偏差在10%以内。
Applying the fracture criteria previously studied by the author, we analyzed fracture data from cylindrical pressure vessels with surface cracks and through cracks to understand how this criterion fits the fracture data. Based on the fracture criterion, the fracture data of surface cracks in aluminum alloy, steel and epoxy pressure vessels and the fracture data of penetration cracks in aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, steel and brass vessel were analyzed. Deviation of the failure stress and fracture criterion for a wide range of crack sizes and container diameters, surface cracks or penetration cracks is within 10%. For plates with cracks penetrating (tensile or bilaterally fractured specimens) and cylindrical pressure vessels, it is also found that the difference between failure stress and fracture criterion is within 10%.
