用电击足底的慢性应激方法使成年SD大鼠血压显著升高。单侧脑室微量注射钙剂──氯化钙(1.03μmol/侧)可引起应激性高血压大鼠血压明显下降,心率减慢(P<0.01),部分动物连续观察2小时血压、心率未见恢复。而注射同剂量生理盐水,注射前后血压和心率无差异(P>0.05)。上述实验结果提示,中枢细胞外Ca ̄(2+)增加对应激性高血压大鼠有降压作用。
Chronic stress with electric shock foot process adult SD rats significantly increased blood pressure. Microinjection of calcium into unilateral ventricle - calcium chloride (1.03 μmol / side) caused a significant decrease in blood pressure and heart rate in stress-induced hypertensive rats (P <0.01). Some animals were continuously monitored for 2 hours of blood pressure No recovery of heart rate. The injection of the same dose of saline, no difference in blood pressure and heart rate before and after injection (P> 0.05). The above experimental results suggest that central extracellular Ca ~ (2+) increases antihypertensive effect in stress-induced hypertensive rats.
