敬业:珍惜你的生存权搜狐(SOHU)公司总经理张朝阳——我公司聘人的标准是敬业精神,当然,辞退的原因也是敬业。我认为,一个人的工作是他生存的基本权利,有没有权利在这个世界上生存,看他能不能认真地对待工作。能否干好公司给你的工作,能力不是主要的。能力差一点,只要有敬业精神,能力会提高。对待工作的态度,我认为是个职业道德问题。如果一个人本职工作做不好,就会失去信誉,找别的工作、做其他事情都没有可信度。如果认真做好一个工作,往往还有更好的、更大的工作等着你去做,这是良性发展。
