When the content of selenium is less than 0.01 ppm, the detection peak at 520 nm will be disturbed when selenium is determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry. Using second-order teaching to process the spectrum eliminates these disturbances. The detection limit of the method is 0.1ppb, the recovery rate is 98.8% -101%, and the coefficient of variation is 0.057.
