我厂在检修热处理盐浴炉的电极套管时发现,用普通碳素钢制作的电极套管腐蚀严重,决定改用不锈钢材质的电极套管。于是,选用了直径为32mm,长度为600mm,材质为Icr18Ni9Ti的棒料,要在上面加工出直径为26mm,深度为579mm的深孔。由于Icr18Ni9Ti材料导热性差且表面加工硬化严重,钻孔加工时,冷却液又只能在离孔口70mm~80mm深的地方起作用,第一次加工,钻了一夭,损坏了三把新的麻花钻,
