铁路党校作为成人教育的机构之一,是新时期大规模培训干部的主阵地。办班培训资料的收集和整理过程,也是对党校办班培训历史的记录过程。搞好党校的信息化建设,提高其信息化水平,就是需要建立起一套党校办班培训资料信息化多媒体网络系统,用现代化的手段来记录党校整个办班培训过程。通过这个系统,对这些培训过程中的办班基本信息、教学管理信息、学员管理信息等资源进行科学的整合和充分利用,使党校内部之间、党校与学员单位之间、党校与路局人事部门及其他用人部门之间实现资源共享,走办班培训科学化、信息化的管理道路,进一步完善和创新办班培训管理工作方法,从而更好地发挥出新时期党校的熔炉作用。
