在出口食品包装上加注英文翻译,不仅可以提高产品的品牌价值宣扬民族的饮食文化,更能提高企业的市场竞争力。德国功能派翻译的重要理论之一是目的论,理论构架的雏形是诺德翻译失误模式。本文重点阐述了,中国出口食品说明书英译在目的论视角下存在的翻译失误,并提出改进策略。
Putting English translation on the export food packaging can not only improve the brand value of the products, but also promote the nation’s food culture and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. One of the important theories of functionalist translation in Germany is Skopos theory. The prototype of the theoretical framework is Nordisk’s translation failure mode. This article focuses on the translation errors that exist in the English translation of Chinese export food instruction manuals under the perspective of teleology and proposes improvement strategies.
