一、根据国务院《关于开展“城市矿产”示范基地建设通知》精神,要申报“城市矿产”示范基地,必须符合以下申报条件与流程方法:申报条件1.已被确立为国家或省级循环经济试点单位申报“城市矿产”示范基地的园区必须是国家级或是省级的循环经济试点。2005年10月国家发展和改革委员会、国家环保总局等6个部门联合选择了钢铁、有色、化工等7个重点行业的42家企业,再生资源回收利用等4个重点领域的17家
