政党作为代表一定阶级、阶层、利益团体的政治组织,在各国的政治生活中都发挥着非常重要的作用,而这种作用的发挥很大程度上依赖于对政府的行政过程的影响。本文通过对几个具有典型性的国家的政党来对比分析当今社会中外各政党对政府行政过程的影响,并进一步对我国政党制度的改善提出一些建议。
As a political organization that represents a certain class, class and interest group, a political party plays a very important role in the political life of all countries. The role played by such a party depends to a large extent on the influence on the administrative process of the government. By comparing the political parties in several typical countries, this article compares the influence of political parties in both China and foreign countries on the administrative process of government and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the political party system in our country.
