本文从改进谐波齿轮加工方法和提高生产效率及降低成本出发,提出了采用冷轧齿形工艺代替切削加工工艺。本文作者已成功地轧制出谐波传动中的柔轮和刚轮。本文总结了冷轧谐波齿轮研制中所遇到的一些问题。例如:轧制装置与轧轮设计问题;轧制工艺参数的选择问题;轧制力的计算与测试问题等。轧制中取得的试验数据可以做为研制冷轧谐波齿轮的参考。
In this paper, we improve the harmonic gear processing method and improve production efficiency and reduce costs, the cold tooth profile process instead of cutting process. The author of this paper has successfully rolled the flexspline and the runner in the harmonic drive. This article summarizes some problems encountered in the development of cold-rolled harmonic gears. For example: the rolling device and the design of the rolling wheel; rolling process parameters of choice; rolling force calculation and testing issues. Test data obtained during rolling can be used as a reference for the development of cold-rolled harmonic gears.
