我国职业教育“双师型”师资的提法是20世纪80年代末提出的。本文在对我国职业教育“双师型”师资现存的七种内涵进行解析的基础上,指出随着社会经济条件的发展变化,我国职业教育“双师型”师资内涵已由传统的“一元化”师资走向了“二元化”师资,并且“二元化”师资仍是一种过渡形式,我国职业教育师资队伍发展的最终目标是建立职业教育教师职业资格标准制度。
The reference of vocational education of our country “double teacher type” is put forward in the end of 1980s. On the basis of analyzing the existing seven connotations of vocational education in our country, this paper points out that with the development and changes of social and economic conditions, the connotation of teacher education in vocational education in our country has changed from traditional “Unitary ” teachers toward “dualization ” teachers, and “dualization ” teacher is still a transitional form, the ultimate goal of the development of vocational education teachers in our country is to establish vocational education teacher occupation qualification Standard system.
