素质教育下有效教学的呼声有增无减,如何面对着学情、教情和教学内容的变化调整教学思维、教学策略,如何通过教学创新构建优质高效的初中数学课堂已经成为一线数学教师急需探究的重要问题。作者结合自身的教学经历,主要探究了如何在素质教育下积极推进初中数学课堂教学的改革,实现创新教学,促进初中数学课堂教学的发展。
