偏口彩陶壶 1980年固原县中河乡高坡村出土。高25、口径8、腹径27、底径10厘米。泥质红陶,胎质薄而细。口偏在一旁,卷沿,圆唇,与口相对的一侧有一把手,扁鼓腹,腹下部两侧布有对称的桥形耳。口沿至腹部施黑彩,颈部施两周锯齿纹,正面肩腹饰两个三角形网纹,左右两侧饰近似圆形的树叶图案,内饰柳叶纹,树叶图案两边有豆荚纹,后肩、腹部饰一大葫芦网纹。此器造型活泼,如同一只伸嘴翘尾的鸟。彩陶上的花纹,有浓郁的生活气息,以日常生活中所常见的豆荚、草叶等为基本素材,绘成各种质朴而富于变化的美丽活泼的图案,给人以清新的艺术感染,充分显示了艺术来源于生活的真理。它是原始先民们高度艺术创造才能的生动例证,是人类弥足珍贵的艺术遗产,是马家窑文化半山类型中最富于代表性的实物。此器被《国家文物精华大辞典·陶瓷卷》收录。
