中国的朋友们,你们好!很高兴能通过《心理辅导》和你们见面。我将在以后不定期地和大家探讨一些生活中常见的心理问题和苦恼,并给大家提供一些实际可行的意见和建议。这种方法我称为“自助心理学”(self-helppsychology),是我和许多同事在1979年发明的,主要是帮助人们通过自我学习、自我体验、自我分析等方法来发掘自己的潜能。迅速地解决自己生活中的某些困扰和麻烦。释放心情,自强自信,而不是事事都依靠医生或其他权威。当然,也许我提出的有些方法并不适合你或者不适合中国的情况,这时候,请你相信自己的能力,设计出适合自己情况的心理自助方案。
