采用 莶通栓丸治疗脑血栓患者７０例，并与以低分子右旋糖酐加维脑路通（对照Ａ组）和环扁桃酯胶囊（对照Ｂ组）治疗进行前后对比观察血液流变学及头部ＣＴ变化比较。结果表明，有效率治疗组与对照Ａ组和Ｂ组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），其血液流变学及头部ＣＴ改变也有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。药理实验证实莶通栓丸能明显抑制血小板聚集，降低全血粘度，抗缺氧，增加脑血流量。该药无毒副作用。
70 cases of cerebral thrombosis were treated with igongtong pill and compared with those of the control group with hemorheology and head and neck treatment before and after treatment with low molecular dextran Jiaweiluolutong (control group A) and cycloheptadine capsule (control group B) CT changes compared. The results showed that the effective treatment group and the control group A and B were significantly different (P <0.01), the hemorheology and head CT changes were also significantly different (P <0.01). Pharmacological experiments confirmed 莶 Tongsu pill pills can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation, reduce whole blood viscosity, anti-hypoxia, increase cerebral blood flow. The drug has no toxic side effects.
