随着互联网的广泛普及,互联网销售渠道和“互联网+”模式的迅猛发展,航空公司收益管理面临着新的经营环境和挑战。本文分析了航空公司收益管理的新环境和新挑战,并提出建议和展望,以期为航空公司收益管理的创新升级提供指导,使收益管理继续成为航空公司增收的“利器”。
With the popularization of the Internet, the rapid development of Internet sales channels and the “Internet +” model, airlines revenue management faces new business environment and challenges. This paper analyzes the new environment and new challenges of airline revenue management and puts forward suggestions and prospects in order to provide guidance for the innovation and upgrade of airline revenue management so that revenue management continues to be the “weapon” for airlines to increase their revenue.
