本文研究了混合稀土金属对铁基摩擦材料烧结性质的影响。结果表明:随着混合稀土含量的增加,材料烧结时的起始收缩温度增高,其影响规律符合T=C~(a/2)+β公式。通过一系列的烧结实验,获得了保温条件下这些材料的收缩一时间曲线,并建立了材料的烧结收缩方程ε=ε_0(1-e~(-(t/τ)))。同时指出,在烧结的明显收缩前,材料的最大膨胀量随混合稀土含量成线性增大。
In this paper, the effects of mixed rare earth metals on the sintering properties of iron-based friction materials were studied. The results show that the initial shrinkage temperature increases with the increase of mixed rare earth content, and the influence law follows the formula of T = C ~ (a / 2) + β. Through a series of sintering experiments, the shrinkage time curves of these materials under the condition of heat preservation were obtained and the sintering shrinkage equation ε = ε 0 (1-e ~ (- (t / τ)) was established. At the same time, it is pointed out that the maximum expansion of the material increases linearly with the mixed rare earth content before the significant shrinkage of sintering.
