41例喉、喉缘及喉咽鳞癌手术标本(包括前外侧喉切除5例、水平声门下喉切除1例、全喉切除20例及全咽-喉切除15例),随声带长轴作前、中及后三个垂直切面,观察甲杓肌内侧部(ITA)及外侧部(ETA)与沿环杓关节中心两侧作切面,观察环杓后肌(PCA)及侧肌(LCA)与杓间肌(IA),以研究喉内肌受累与声带及杓部活动的关系。特别注意LCA、PCA、ITA、ETA与环杓关节(CAJ)。术前均作间接喉镜检查发声、呼吸及轻咳时声带与杓部活动情况,分正常、减弱或无活动三种。按肿瘤的不同部位分为三类:①声门平面癌5例,构部活动均正常,其中4例声带活动正常,1例受肿瘤重量影响(weight effecf)而减弱,ETA均完好,ITA则有3例受累;②喉部肿瘤21例,内有声带固定14例,其中杓部固定9
41 cases of laryngeal and laryngopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (including 5 cases of anterolateral laryngectomy, 1 case of horizontal glottic laryngectomy, 20 cases of total laryngectomy, and 15 cases of total laryngectomy and laryngectomy) were performed with the long axis of the vocal cords. Three vertical sections of the anterior, medial, and posterior views of the medial (ITA) and lateral (ETA) sides of the thyroplasts were taken along the bilateral sides of the ankle joint. The posterior tibial muscle (PCA) and lateral muscles (LCA) were observed. With the intercondylar muscle (IA) to study the relationship between laryngeal muscle involvement and vocal cords and ankle movements. Special attention was given to LCA, PCA, ITA, ETA, and ankle joint (CAJ). Before surgery, all patients underwent indirect laryngoscopy for vocal cords, breathing, and vocal cords and ankle movements during mild cough. They were normal, weakened, or inactive. According to the different parts of the tumor is divided into three categories: 1 glottic cancer in 5 cases, structure activity are normal, 4 cases of normal vocal cord activity, 1 case affected by the weight of the tumor (weight effecf) weakened, ETA are intact, ITA is 3 cases involved; 2 cases of larynx tumors, 14 cases with vocal cord fixation, including ankle fixation 9
