在透射电子显微镜上,利用双倾双束技术和不可见判据,分析了Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo(at-%)合金中具有DO19结构的α2相在室温拉伸形变时的位错类型和滑移系。证明,α2相在室温拉伸形变时,主要开动的是型位错的滑移系,例如<1120>{1100}<1120>{0001}和少量以位错对存在的型位错滑移系,如<1126>{2021}。
In transmission electron microscopy, the double-dip double beam technique and the invisible criterion were used to analyze the microstructure of α2 phase with DO19 structure in Ti-25Al-10Nb-3V-1Mo (at-% Wrong type and slip system. It is proved that the α2 phase is mainly deformed by the deformation at room temperature. It is a type dislocation slip system such as <1120> {1100} <1120> {0001} and a small number of dislocation slip systems existing as dislocation pairs , Such as <1126> {2021}.
