本次课题是以过程可视化组态软件InTouch为核心,对压风机监控软件的设计。设计出的监控软件包含压风机监控系统主界面、运行参数显示界面、实时趋势界面、历史趋势界面、用户参数设置界面、系统通信状态显示界面、值班人员信息界面八个部分。主要完成采集各台压风机运行的工艺参数、电气参数、电气设备运行状况,在操作站显示压风系统工艺参数、电气参数、设备运行状态以及报警参数表。自动建立数据库,对于重要的工艺参数、电气参数自动生成趋势曲线。打印控制报告。当运行风机发生故障时,利用运行记录的曲线对故障进行分析和判断。
The subject is the process of visual configuration software InTouch as the core of the pressure fan monitoring software design. The designed monitoring software includes the main interface of the air blower monitoring system, the operating parameter display interface, the real-time trend interface, the historical trend interface, the user parameter setting interface, the system communication status display interface and the duty personnel information interface. Mainly collect the process parameters, electrical parameters, electrical equipment operating status of each pressure fan, and display the technical parameters, electrical parameters, equipment operation status and alarm parameter table of the pressure air system at the operation station.
