我国的综放开采技术经十几年的试验探索、改进、发展和完善提高,已经达到高产高效的世界领先水平。采出率偏低仍是综放开采存在的主要问题。在兖州兴隆庄煤矿进行的试验研究,从分析顶煤损失影响因素入手,进行支架上方顶煤破碎深度观测、降低初采损失、改善放煤步距和工艺等旨在进一步提高综放工作面采出率的试验,证明了所采取的技术措施是可行的,可以使综放工作面的采出率在原有基础上提高3个~5个百分点。
After more than ten years of experiments, China's fully mechanized top-coal caving technology has been improved, developed and improved. It has reached the world advanced level of high production and high efficiency. Low recovery rate is still the main problem of fully mechanized caving. In the experiment of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine in Yanzhou, starting from the analysis of the influencing factors of top coal loss, we conducted the observation of top coal crushing depth above the support, reduced the initial mining loss, improved the coal walking distance and technology and so on, The test of output rate proves that the technical measures adopted are feasible and the recovery rate of fully mechanized top-coal caving face can be raised by 3 to 5 percentage points on the original basis.
