采用控制铸造技术,改变主要工艺参数,制备了不同尺寸的Al-Bi偏晶合金铸锭.利用扫描电镜,电子探针等技术研究了浇注速度、预冷却和铸锭冷却强度对Al-Bi偏晶合金铸锭的微观结构的影响.结果表明:用该技术制备的Al-Bi偏晶合金能够有效地抑制Bi相宏观偏析,获得组织均匀的铸锭.
By controlling the casting technology and changing the main process parameters, Al-Bi amorphous alloy ingots with different sizes were prepared. The effects of pouring speed, pre-cooling and ingot cooling intensity on the microstructure of Al-Bi amorphous alloy ingot were studied by using scanning electron microscopy, electron probe and other techniques. The results show that the Al-Bi amorphous alloy prepared by this technique can effectively inhibit the macro-segregation of Bi phase and obtain an ingot with uniform microstructure.
