在高温度梯度真空定向凝固炉中,采用螺旋选晶法制备了不含Y和含0.01%Y的两种单晶高温合金,研究了Y对单晶高温合金900℃燃气热腐蚀性能的影响,采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析仪、能谱仪对燃气热腐蚀产物进行了分析。研究结果表明,添加微量Y后,提高了单晶高温合金的燃气热腐蚀性能。Y没有改变腐蚀产物的种类,促进了Al的选择性氧化,减少了Ni O。Y减小了腐蚀产物颗粒尺寸和腐蚀产物厚度,消除了腐蚀产物中分层裂纹,增加了腐蚀产物和基体粘附性,减少了腐蚀产物剥落,促进在合金表面形成保护性的腐蚀产物,进而降低了合金的腐蚀速率。
In the high temperature gradient vacuum solidification furnace, two kinds of single crystal superalloys without Y and 0.01% Y were prepared by spiral selective crystal method. The effect of Y on the hot corrosion of single crystal superalloy 900 ℃ gas was studied. The hot gas corrosion products were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analyzer and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the addition of trace amount of Y increases the hot gas corrosion resistance of single crystal superalloy. Y did not change the type of corrosion products, promote the selective oxidation of Al, reducing the Ni O. Y reduces the particle size of corrosion products and the thickness of corrosion products, eliminates delamination cracks in corrosion products, increases the adhesion of corrosion products and substrates, reduces the exfoliation of corrosion products, and promotes the formation of protective corrosion products on the alloy surface Reduce the alloy corrosion rate.
