应用TRIZ理论,设计了适用于磁流变减振器MRFD(Magnetorheological Fluid Dampers)要求、占用空间小的限压阀。根据TRIZ推荐的解决物理矛盾的发明原理,提出了MRFD的节流阀和限压阀不同于传统成熟结构,应按空间分离布置;根据解决技术矛盾的发明原理,应用了分割密封件受力面积以减小弹簧受力,合并同向阀、异向阀以减小各阀所占空间等方法,最终完成了双向限压阀设计,实现了用一个结构紧凑的双向限压阀代替多个单向限压阀的目标。
