基于dSPACE系统设计了混联式混合动力控制系统硬件在环仿真平台,其可在不进行实车试验的情况下对综合控制器进行全面、快速、充分的在线测试。平台主要由实时仿真系统、系统数字模型、部分部件实物与操控界面等组成。在该平台上完成了混合动力综合控制器ECU的在线测试,综合控制器较好地完成了控制功能。结果表明,设计的混合动力硬件在环仿真平台功能可靠,可以完成对混合动力控制系统全面、快速的控制性能在线测试与分析。硬件在环仿真平台可在实验室内快速、方便地在不同设定工况甚至是实际中很难获得或十分危险的工况下对ECU进行试验,可缩短开发周期、节约试验费用、降低开发风险。
Based on the dSPACE system, a hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform of hybrid hybrid control system is designed, which can test the integrated controller in a comprehensive, fast and full online without real vehicle test. The platform is mainly composed of real-time simulation system, system digital model, parts of parts and control interface. On this platform, the on-line test of Hybrid Integrated Controller ECU is completed. The integrated controller completes the control function well. The result shows that the designed hybrid hardware is reliable in the ring simulation platform and can test and analyze the comprehensive and fast control performance of the hybrid control system online. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform can quickly and easily test ECUs in different setting conditions or even hard to obtain or very dangerous situations in practice, which can shorten the development cycle, save test costs and reduce development costs risk.
