目的比较三种常用催眠药在特定环境下的快速催眠效果及后遗效应,为飞行员用药研究提供参考。方法在模拟歼-6飞机噪声干扰环境中(150Hz、95dB)观察速可眠(SEC)、三唑仑(TZL)、褪黑素(MLT)对8名健康男性(18~20岁)多导睡眠图(PSG)指标的影响,并对其催眠质量、后遗效应、作业效率作主、客观评定。结果SEC、TZL均以减少觉醒时间(AT),缩短睡眠潜伏期(SL)和快速眼动睡眠潜伏期(REML),增加实际睡眠时间(AST)来提高催眠效率(EFF),MLT对上述各指标影响不显著(P>0.05)。SEC、TZL的EFF分别为(94.45±2.33)%、85.35%±2.15%,接近基础生理组(96.65±1.55)%,MLT的EFF为(70.05±2.13)%,接近安慰剂组。TZL的催眠诱导时间[SL=(6.15±2.55)min]比SEC[SL=(8.75±3.37)min]和MLT[SL=(15.84±7.35)min]的短,并显著低于基础生理值[SL=(11.58±6.32)min]。催眠质量主观评定与PSG检查结果基本一致。复杂任务操作中,SEC、TZL组的反应时(RT)与基础组无显著性差异?
Objective To compare the rapid hypnotic effects and the effects of three hypnotic drugs hypnosis hypnosis in a specific environment, provide a reference for pilot study.
