考察自制聚苯乙烯基球形活性炭(PACSS)对尿毒症毒素DL-β-氨基异丁酸(DL-β-AIBA)的吸附性能,以探究其治疗慢性肾病的可能性。测定了4种活性炭对DL-β-AIBA的吸附等温线、吸附动力学曲线及3 h内吸附率。结果表明,DL-β-AIBA在球形活性碳上的吸附行为符合Freundlich吸附等温线,平衡吸附量与比表面积无关,而与孔径范围在0.6~0.8 nm的超微孔容积有较好的线性关系。动力学符合拟二级动力学模型,颗粒内扩散不是唯一的控速步骤。3 h内,4种活性炭对DL-β-AIBA的吸附率可达40%以上(最高52%),是相同条件下商品药用炭的2.3~3倍,表明其在短时间内对DL-β-AIBA具有较强的吸附能力。
To investigate the adsorption properties of PACSS on DL-β-AIBA (DL-β-AIBA) to explore its possibility of treating chronic kidney disease. The adsorption isotherms, adsorption kinetics curves and adsorption rates of 3 kinds of activated carbons on DL-β-AIBA were measured. The results showed that the adsorption behavior of DL-β-AIBA on spherical activated carbon conformed to the Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The equilibrium adsorption capacity was independent of the specific surface area, but had a good linear relationship with the micropore volume of pores with pore size in the range of 0.6-0.8 nm . Kinetics consistent with the quasi-second-order kinetic model, intraparticle diffusion is not the only rate-limiting step. The adsorption rate of DL-β-AIBA was above 40% (up to 52%) for the four activated carbons within 3 h, which was 2.3 to 3 times higher than that of the commercial medicinal charcoal under the same conditions, indicating that DL- β-AIBA has a strong adsorption capacity.
