随着天然气行业的快速发展,天然气输送及调峰的方式逐步多样化。2015年中国的天然气消费量超过1900×108m3,天然气在一次能源结构中的占比超过5%。随着全国天然气消费量的持续增加,天然气输送环节的节能降耗工作更加重要。根据天然气输送特点,需从增压站设计源头优选压缩机类型及各参数,加强设备设施的维护保养,降低压缩机消耗;定期组织管道清管作业,选择合理内涂层,减小管道局部阻力,提高管线输送能力;加强输配气的计划管理,优化输配气运行机制,制定合理的管容回收方案及行之有效的泄漏监测方案,降低输送环节消耗;为应对我国尤其是民用气峰谷差值的矛盾,需要根据城市周边天然气资源情况,优选天然气调峰方式,如球罐储存、CNG、储气库或LNG,降低能源消耗;通过不断创新和完善天然气价格机制,促进天然气输送过程中的节能降耗。
