2006年以来,山东省济阳供电公司逐步实施了供电所专业化管理,使供电所管理实现了从以人划分到以专业划分的转变。管理模式的改变对现有的供电所管理方式和员工思想带来了较大的冲击,以前暴露出的诸如农电工业务通而不精、专业水平不高、工作效率低及对农电工管理粗放、服务质量下降等缺点和不足得到了一定改善,作业行为和工作流程也规范了。而精细化管理的融入,又把供电所专业化管理推向了一个新的层次。
