山东省日照市茶农王维胜研制出新型保健饮品——山楂叶茶,为原本发展前景暗淡的山楂种植业带来一片曙光,最近已与日商签订了包销合同。山楂叶茶的主要原料是山楂叶芽,果农采摘叶芽,既可整树全部采摘,每年采2—3茬;又可间采,保留部分花芽开花结果,提高果品品质。研制出的山楂叶茶色、香、味、形俱佳,经化验含有多种维生素和微量元素,有很好的滋补作用.
Wang Wei Sheng, a tea-grower in Rizhao City, Shandong Province, developed a new type of health drink, hawthorn leaf tea, which has brought a dawn to the hawthorn planting industry, which had previously been bleak.
