回想我们多年的英语教学,我们往往把学生对英语知识的掌握放在了我们教学的首位,并未考虑到学生的差异性,进而忽略了学生的内心感受。其实,影响学生英语学习的因素有很多,但是我们应该坚信,每个学生都蕴藏着极大的学习潜能。作为老师,我们对待不同学生要宽容、耐心,鼓励他们,帮助他们,唤醒他们的上进心,自信心和自尊心,激发他们学习的兴趣和潜能,从而使他们热爱学习,持续学习,进而养成终身学习的好习惯。
Recalling our many years of English teaching, we often place the students ’mastery of English knowledge at the top of our teaching, without considering the differences of students, thus ignoring the students’ inner feelings. In fact, there are many factors that affect students’ English learning, but we should firmly believe that each student has a great potential for learning. As teachers, we treat different students with tolerance, patience, encouragement, help them, arouse their ambition, self-confidence and self-esteem, and stimulate their interest and potential in learning so as to make them love learning and continuous learning and thus develop lifelong learning Good habit of learning.
