以成年老年人股骨颈部松质骨为材料,采用酶法建立人成骨细胞体外模型,结果示:(1)来源于松质骨的成骨细胞早期以多角形、梭形为主,后期以梭形为主;(2)成骨细胞早期有黑色颗粒分泌,2 周后出现黑色结节;(3)骨钙素的分泌以第14 天左右达到最高,以后则递减。本法有取材方便,可得到大量、纯化的成骨细胞的优点。
The cancellous bone in the femoral neck of adult and old people was used as material to establish human osteoblast model in vitro.
