目的:通过一线工作法及时解决临床工作中的困难,保障病人安全。方法:行政后勤职能科室的主任每日坚持到临床一线巡查,发现问题及时解决,并通过每周的行政大查房将各部门不能独自解决的问题进行集中汇总并给予协调解决。结果:融洽了行政科室与临床科室的关系,提高了办事效率,保障了医院各项政策的及时上传下达,提高了执行率。结论:临床一线工作法在医院管理中值得推行。
Objective: To solve the difficulties in clinical work through first-line working methods in order to protect the safety of patients. Methods: The head of the functional department of administrative logistics insisted on the first-line inspection every day to find out the problems solved promptly. Through the weekly check-out of the administrative departments, the problems that various departments could not solve alone were summarized and coordinated and solved. Results: The relationship between administrative departments and clinical departments was improved, the efficiency of work was improved, the timely upload and release of various hospital policies were guaranteed, and the implementation rate was raised. Conclusion: The first-line clinical work in the hospital management should be implemented.
