2013年6月27日,广州市执信中学举办“食品安全知识大讲堂”进校园系列活动。活动主要以集中宣传授课形式向学生、家长代表和食堂从业人员开展食品安全知识宣传教育。具体包括了“食品安全大讲堂”、“食堂开放日”及食堂从业人员食品安全规范操作培训等活动。活动邀请广东药学院公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学系主任王晓波教授向学生普及食品营养均衡和安全饮食、预防食物中毒等卫生知识,培养学生良好的饮食习惯,增强其食品安全意识和自我保护能力;邀请了30名学生家长代表现场参观
On June 27, 2013, Guangzhou Zhixin Middle School held a series of activities such as “Lecture on Food Safety Knowledge” into the campus. Activities mainly focus on publicity teaching to students, parents representatives and canteens practitioners to carry out food safety knowledge and education. Including the “Food Safety Lecture Hall ”, “Canteen Open Day ” and canteen employees food safety practices training and other activities. Activities invited Professor Wang Xiaobo, director of the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, School of Public Health, School of Public Health, Guangdong University, to popularize health knowledge of food nutritionally balanced and safe for students, prevent food poisoning, cultivate students’ good eating habits, enhance their food safety awareness and self-protection 30 parents were invited to visit the site
