通过包渗法加涂铌和铌合金。NbAl_3化合物是涂层的主要成份。涂层的结构(等轴晶、柱状晶或针状晶)依照铌的结构状态,再结晶铌还是冷加工铌(或合金具有的显微硬度),加涂温度和装料的成份而变化。并发现金属的机械性能对结构有很大影响。如果基体的变形可以消除加涂时产生的应力,那么就形成柱状晶针状晶,否则就形成等轴晶。在此也研究了涂层生长的动力学。
By coating infiltration plus niobium and niobium alloy. NbAl_3 compound is the main component of the coating. The structure of the coating (equiaxed, columnar or acicular) varies depending on the structural state of the niobium, recrystallized niobium or cold worked niobium (or the microhardness the alloy has), the application temperature and the charge composition. And found that the mechanical properties of metal have a great impact on the structure. If the deformation of the matrix can eliminate the stress generated when the coating, then the formation of columnar crystal needle-like crystal, or else form equiaxed crystal. The kinetics of coating growth are also studied here.
