痛阈的测定是研究疼痛与镇痛的重要生理指标,最近,我院神经生物学研究室研制成功一种可以自动测定并数字显示痛阈的仪器,其原理和装配较所报道的更加完善和先进。该仪器通过控制电路自动面匀速地推动金属尖端,压迫和刺激受试部位。一俟达到反应终点,该仪器的显示电路即自动而精确地以数字显示并保持反应终点值(痛阈)。以大鼠足蹠为受试部位用此仪器所测得的压脚痛阈值呈近常态分布,并具有高度的可重复性和灵敏度,既可测定电针、吗啡和芬太尼等镇痛时的升阈效应,亦可测定鹿角菜致炎时的降阈效应。与其它痛阈测定方法比较,本仪器设计新颖、巧妙、结构合理、操作简便。一个实验者可以从容、客观并精确地对痛阈进行测
