以 14 年生高橙砧玉环柚为试材 ,采用石蜡切片 、透 射电镜观察等方法,研究了玉环柚果实特性与裂果的关系⒚结果表明,在果实表面积膨大速率、采后果实 临界爆破压力以及果皮组织结构等方面,易开裂的扁圆 形果和不易开裂的 梨形果有所不同⒚梨 形果各个时期,各个 部位的表面积膨 大速率比 较一致;而扁圆形果 在 8 月底时各部位 膨大速率还较一致, 至 9 月底及采收期,果 顶部膨大速 率明显大 于其他部位⒚采后果实 临界爆破压力梨形果极显著大于扁圆形果⒚梨形果的果皮组织结构较扁圆形果紧凑⒚
