跑步是一项全民运动,对于小学生而言,身体发育还没有完全。教师应该让学生们进行适当的体育锻炼,让学生们的身体素质达到基本要求。短跑是一项随时随地都能进行锻炼的项目,它不仅能够强身健体,还可以锻炼意志、排解烦恼、调解情绪。短跑是速度的比拼,学生正处于精神旺盛的时期,在此时接受锻炼,可以提高学生的精气神。在当今社会,学生的身体素质不断下降,由于各种原因,教师的责任更加重要,所以教师要在平时的教学中对教学设计进行一些变更。
