2015年5月17日,国务院办公厅发布《关于城市公立医院综合改革试点的指导意见》,指出通过外部治理以及内部管理破除公立医院逐利机制将成为工作重点,改革公立医院人事薪酬制度,进一步降低个人卫生支出。在全球范围内,政策制定者越来越主动地通过薪酬制度的调整促进卫生服务效率和质量的改善,医务人员薪酬制度改革则是国际学术界长期以来的热点研究问题。本文分析了国内外关于公立医院薪酬体系建立的研究现状,剖析了我国公立医院目前的薪酬体系存在的弊端,并对公立医院薪酬制度改革提出了一些建议。

This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status quo on the establishment of public hospital pay system, analyzes the shortcomings of the current pay system in public hospitals in our country, and puts forward some suggestions on the reform of public hospital pay system.
