转移因子（Ｔｒａｎｓｆｅｒｆａｃｔｏｒ，ＴＦ）已在临床上广泛用作一种免疫增强剂来治疗因免疫功能低下而致的多种疾病。尤其已成为癌症病人长期应用的辅助治疗剂，ＴＦ对提高机体免疫功能，延长病人存活期等起到良好作用。目前，主要的给药途径是皮下（腋窝或腹股沟处）和肌肉注射，本文报告试用口服方法也可收到同样效果。
Transferfactor (TF) has been widely used clinically as an immune enhancer to treat a variety of diseases caused by poor immune function. In particular, it has become a long-term adjuvant therapeutic agent for cancer patients. TF plays a good role in improving the body’s immune function and prolonging the patient’s survival. Currently, the main route of administration is subcutaneal (armpit or groin) and intramuscular injection, and this article reports that oral administration of the trial may also receive the same effect.
