目的 :为青藏铁路建设提出卫生保障建议。方法 :专家论证与专家咨询。结果 :通过对影响铁路施工的诸多因素进行了系统分析 ,认为高原缺氧、寒冷、缺水、自然疫源性疾病、创伤和当地医疗资源匮乏等是影响青藏铁路施工人员身体健康和工程进度的主要因素 ;建议 :青藏铁路建设应高度重视卫生保障工作 ,制订统一的卫生保障方案 ,合理部署沿线医疗急救机构 ,配备精干高效医疗装备 ,选配得力医护人员 ,同时做好入藏的卫生保障。结论 :做好卫生保障是青藏铁路建设的重要保证 ,必须予以高度重视并采取得力措施
Objective: To propose health insurance for the construction of Qinghai-Tibet Railway. Methods: expert demonstration and expert advice. Results: Through systematic analysis of many factors affecting the railway construction, it is concluded that the hypoxia, cold, water shortage, natural epidemic diseases, trauma and lack of local medical resources are all influencing the physical health and construction progress of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway construction workers. Suggestions: The construction of Qinghai-Tibet Railway should attach great importance to health care work, formulate a unified health insurance plan, rationally deploy medical emergency agencies along the line, equip lean and efficient medical equipment, and select effective medical and nursing personnel, and at the same time, make good the health insurance for entry into Tibet. Conclusion: To ensure health security is an important guarantee for the construction of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. We must attach great importance to it and adopt effective measures
