本文对内生致冷原的个体差异和不同保存时间的降温效果进行了观察。结果表明:不同个体尿液的降温效果存在显著差别(n=13),最低降温值(-△T)变化范围为-0.12±0.08~-0.66±0.24℃,1小时体温反应指数(TRI_1)变化范围为-0.04±0.04~-0.37±0.22。13名被试者中有5人的尿液的-△T低于-0.3℃,TRI_1与生理盐水对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。将此5人尿液混合后于-20℃保存,观察到贮藏后第3周的尿液-△T为-0.12℃,TRI_1与生理盐水对照组比较没有显著性差别(P>0.05)。此外,本文对降温效果的判定参考值进行了讨论。
In this paper, the individual differences of endogenous protozoa and the cooling effect of different storage time were observed. The results showed that there were significant differences (n = 13) in urine temperature lowering effect among different individuals, and the lowest temperature (△ T) ranged from -0.12 ± 0.08 to -0.66 ± 0.24 ℃.
