《全日制义务教育体育与健康课程标准》明确提出了初中体育教学要确保把“健康第一”的思想落到实处,使学生健康成长。要以学生的发展为中心,重视学生的主体地位。同时,课程标准还主张,初中体育与健康课要关注学生的个体差异与不同需求,确保每一个学生在运动的过程中都能受益。但是,多年来,很多学校对体育课重视不够,体育教师也对体育课认识模糊,导致学校在贯彻课程标准的过程中存在许多问题。学校对体育课重视不够,忽视了学校体育的功能。体育教师对体育课的认识也存在误区。优化体育教学内容与过程是发展学校体育的重要途径,也是解决问题的最好对策。

As a result, many problems existed in the implementation of curriculum standards in schools. The school does not pay enough attention to physical education and neglects the function of school physical education. Physical education teachers' understanding of physical education is also misunderstood. Optimizing the content and process of physical education is an important way to develop school physical education and also the best way to solve the problem.
